I have been going to Franklin Eyewear since moving to the Catskills. I have been thrilled to have Dr. Helen & Hannah to work with for all my vision needs.
They have been incredibly helpful when it came time for both my contact lenses and glasses.
Helen is one of the most detail oriented, patient, and kind optometrists I've ever visited. I was nervous since I hadn't had an exam for a while, but the good doctor has a calming demeanor and made me feel very comfortable. She gave both my boyfriend and I very thorough exams, even though we were late appointment additions and she had to work through her lunch hour to help us. We were astonished to find out that we have the same last name! Apparently no relation though lol!
My mother needed a quick glasses repair and they handled it free of charge as a courtesy, thank you Hannah!
