I needed a replacement remote, not listed on the website. I contacted customer service and they promptly set me up with a new one at a very reasonable price. I received it just a couple of days after asking for help. Fast, friendly service.

I ordered the (45 Miles HDTV Indoor Antenna with detached cable, SKU Ant 400204+RG6 25FT 750140(WSM)because it said multidirection and had a detached RG6 cable and the low cost. I figured I couldn't go wrong and I was right. All the other antennas similar to this offered much further distance, but did not provide further distance. Your much thicker, better made anntenna is far superior to other flat antennas and all the channels I am receiving are superior quality, I think partly because the antenna is multidirectional and has the detachable RJ6 cable which is far superior to the thin cable you get with the flat antenna with attached cable.
