About 730 Grand Laundromat Deer Park
730 Grand Laundromat in Deer Park is a spacious facility with a large parking lot. It is well maintained with ample washers and dryers, providing a clean and safe environment. The business offers a drop-off service and has special rates, with the best deal on Wednesdays and Saturdays where standard washers are $1.99. The water is always hot. Many customers have been very satisfied with the service, noting that employees are attentive and keep the facilities clean and organized.
However, there is a serious and persistent hygiene issue. A very strong and unbearable sewage odor originates from the drains, with dirty water backing up. The foul smell makes it nearly impossible to remain inside, permeates clean laundry, and is noticeable in surrounding businesses. The problem worsens on weekends and remains unresolved despite inquiries. For a laundromat where cleanliness is the priority, this is unacceptable. There is an urgent appeal for the owner to resolve this plumbing problem with constant and rigorous maintenance, as it is essential for the health of the business.
We have been frequent customers at this laundromat for a while and have always been very satisfied with the service. The employees who work here, especially during the afternoon shift, are attentive and keep the facilities very clean and organized. For their service, they deserve our highest rating.
However, in recent months, the location has developed a serious and unbearable hygiene issue. There is a very strong and persistent sewage odor. It’s nearly impossible to remain inside the establishment, and the smell is noticeable even in the surrounding businesses.
