Dr. White was very thorough. He took his time explaining the process that would be involved in my surgery. He answered my questions. One thing that was very important to me is that he showed that he cared, took his time with me, welcomed my questions. I did NOT feel hurried or like a number.
I trust Doctor Kwon in making sure my eye sight is going to be taken care of and I won’t go blind.My only complaint is that sometimes you have a lengthy wait from your scheduled appointment time till you get started with the exam. He is very busy so not sure how they can fix that.
I saw Dr. Kwon for what I thought was just an eyelash in my eye but it was more than that. He saw me quick, efficient, and the visit was informative. Turns out after a follow up appointment, all was well but he took great care from the beginning to the end.
