O'Brien's Portable Toilets

Jan 2021

Potty was rented and O’Brien’s FAILED to leave key. Person got sick and passed out in bathroom and no way to get person out accept to break door. They took NO responsibility and charged $1300 to repair door that they were to incompetent to leave a key for. We question why they would not leave key and we were told because they don’t get returned. Really... I would be glad to pay an extra $1.00 to make sure all people utilizing your facilities were safe. You know you were wrong as a company. I would hope you rethink it and do the right thing. $1.00 key could have kept your clients safe

I have been working exclusively with O'Brien's Portable toilets for many years in our professional event production company, and they have always been top rate. 5 star service, their product is always beyond expectation and their staff is amazing with excellent follow-through. Simply put, they are the best.

After years of using other suppliers for our Country Fair and having issues such as poor equipment, late arrival, and poor or no service calls, it was a pleasure last year using O'Brien's Septic & portable.
