They’re a great place for anything you need for your furnace.. BUT they treat you different especially if you are not!! A contractor even in price.. TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS!!! I had them order a hamster wheel blower motor and they whacked the HE - double hockey stick out of me on shipping. $50 freight it was supposed to be and they took me for over $150.. also for the part itself I was told 2 different prices and the last price went up over $100.. I was in a pinch so I took it like a champ.. but I will never go back to them and I learned to just order parts on my own.. I don’t need to feel like I’m a joke bc I’m not a contractor or my money isn’t good enough

They do the best they can to accomodate patrons. You may have to exercise a little patience because tbeir stocking and doing other jobs but they'll take care of you as fast as they can.

Lost my business Today . Horrible costumer service by the long haired guy at counter. He acts like he’s being bothered when you ask questions about a product.Not sure how he keeps a job. There’s plenty of other places to buy products dude.Go down the road to VP supply. They will treat you much better
