I went to Queens Nail Spa ***************************************** on 02/05/2022. **** was my nail technician and she did a poor job all around. Well, as she was painting the gloss coat to finish off my nails I explained to her the poor job she did. 42 bucks for a gel fill? + separate 12 dollar charge for gel nail polish? This is something unheard of? They tricked -people into spending more money I had a OPI nail polish in my hand and she switched it and said this one is better? Waited an hour and the OWNER Did my nails by the way! Also owner announces if other customers forget to tip and employees come up to you as you’re paying to see how much tip you left. Rude not a good way to make business get it together. It made me really uncomfortable how they DONt even ask to give you a back massage? They just came up to you and pulled your hair back ! You ask people first before you touch them! Dont waste your time or your money in this place! No wonder you have all these nail techs just seating around. Worst pedicure and manicure in all the years I've been getting them. When I expressed how unhappy I was, I was told to relax and didn't do what I asked, which was to clean my nails properly. Again, don't waste your money here.
