I've called Cheryl numerous times, t exted...no response ! How entitled do you think you are !! .Just wanted a call or text to verify my fax to her,.NOTHING..NO RESPONSE and she still has to send the return back to us to sign...but she took our money!!

One of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with, to the point it cost me money because of her indifference. Did not respond to numerous emails or voicemails after submitting my tax documents to her. This also happened to several other friends I referred to her, unfortunately. This woman should not be doing taxes for anyone. She will hurt you financially with the IRS. Please use any other reputable, tax professional.
