Very nice but extremely hard to get ahold of,my daughter and I have been calling for days nobody answers,have left messages with no response at all.

I hired Zane Zimmerman to clean spilled milk out of my sons (who is high functioning austistic) brand new $1,026.00 computer. He cleaned out the milk, put old screws back in instead of the brand new ones that belong with it, charged me $60 and then found out he stole the SSD Drive out of it!!!! Charges will be pressed immediately!!! Scammer!! Doesnt return calls, msgs or texts. Lied about emailing me a return shipping label from acer, which he said he emailed me and didnt, know why? Acer said they do not give a return shipping label even under warranty you need to buy that yourself and pay return shipping to be repaired. Liar and a theif!!!
