I have been coming here since the age of 14- and I know that everyone has their opinion on Walmart as a company. But the people here have been by FAR the kindest, most helpful people I've ever had in regards to glasses. Always informative, helpful and personal. I can walk in even now and they still know who I am, remember my name, and are always very open and honest. 10/10 and will never switch to another eye place unless I have to.
Absolutely fantastic service. I was able to get my first appointment scheduled quickly, within a few weeks, which was wonderful. Michelle, the optometrist, and all the other staff members have been warm, knowledgeable and professional to work with. One of my pairs of glasses were fitting a little large and when I mentioned it they were able to shape them more to my face.
Optician, Michelle, is very warm and accommodating no matter what your vision needs are. She doesn’t push products and makes sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend Walmart vision care in Cortland, New York.
