I have been receiving care at the Guthrie Cortland Renzi Center for over 4 years. The staff from the reception area, to radiation, to the infusion center have been excellent. The reception staff is very kind and caring. The nurses are caring, knowledgeable and professional. The doctors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to my concerns and ensure I receive the best care. I have never experienced a delay with my appointments and always feel welcome and important . We are blessed to have this excellent service in our community.
Dr. Basket has been treating me since the end of last year, and the regimen she has prescribed for me has had positive results in a short period of time. I am very pleased with care I am receiving.
Amazing staff, so glad it's so close. I went through prostate cancer radiation treatment a couple years back and doing follow up at present. The staff helped me cope when my mind was racing with worst case scenario thoughts. Parking can be a bit troublesome at times but not to blame Renzie for that.
That happens when going to my favorite concert. Keep up the great work Renzie. 👍
