“DLH Properties are a great place to rent an apartment in Central New York. My mom lives at a property in Cortland and I live at one in Lafayette. Both are very clean and updated with new floors and appliances. Management and maintenance are always friendly, responsive and easy to get ahold of. The apartments are very comfortable; with tons of space, indoor secure storage, and are very quiet. Based on my experience, I would rent from DLH in other states, if I ever move to an area where they have apartments available.“

I love being right in the thick of everything right downtown, as well. We walk everywhere. The library is two doors down, live music all within a stone's throw, and we have a short walk to all the downtown restaurants.Plus, the McNeils are so responsive and kind whenever we need anything. What's not to love?!“
