We worked with Randolph to drill the well for our new home and truly could not have had a better experience. Brenda, the office manager, was our main point of contact throughout the entire process and was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to every call, email, and question we had along the way. Larry drilled our well and was equally wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and took the time to answer our questions and explain things throughout the process. Randolph Well saved us $1000s!
With the low temps of January 2026, I called because we lost water in our farm house. Not knowing if it was a frozen pipe, or a bad well pump, the on call service asked the right questions and helped us troubleshoot the issue. After they explained how to thaw out the pipe best, we were able to fix it all.
Randolph originally put the well in, in 2011, had records from 2013 of the same situation, and was quick to call back with the information and solution. 10/10 recommend their great customer service!

Mike and Micron are gentlemen, they are very courteous and efficient at their work. They restored water pressure to our well system after Mike analyzing the problem as occluded copper pipe going into our chlorinator system. Mike replaced the worst pipes and cleaned the rest while Micron replaced the pressure tank and all the fixtures (pressure gauge, electrical
connections, release valves, etc.) that was over 25 years old. We now have excellent water pressure again! Thank you Randolph Well and Pump for excellent service at reasonable cost!
