Staff is friendly and right there to assist you with any questions or needs. Other members seem to be very polite and curtious. Everything is kept clean and sanitary. The massage chairs and hydro beds are to die for lol

I just joined and I already love it. It's inexpensive, clean and the staff were very welcoming. I haven't had a gym membership in 20 years but didn't feel looked down on or anything.

Kind knowledgeable individuals that are there with a friendly smile and encouragement from the start of signing up to being the 1st person you see as you check in and pleasant have a good rest of your day when you leave. Always there to help you with any questions if you need them.
