Had a clogged, shower, and sink in one bathroom (long story). First person I called said it was a dire situation, possibly requiring pipe cutting and excavation. Brett came and had everything fixed in less than half an hour - wow! Incredible service and fair prices. Will be our go-to.

On 1/9/2024 we had Zack install our new kitchen sink and fixture. He had to essentially "re-plumb" the whole thing, and did a beautiful job of cleaning up. He was on time and was friendly and courteous from start to finish, and the entire experience couldn't have been better. I'd recommend him without reservation. On 2/28/2024 Steve removed and replaced one of our toilets, and again was prompt, friendly and courteous. The fitment of a new toilet had been a problem for many years, inasmuch as the old unit was over 50 years old and just barely cleared a permanent heat duct cover. JMS Plumbing & Heating LLC is a small, family owned business based out of Cortland, New York. It was started in 1995 by James and Tina Romer. Over the years, the business has prided itself on serving the locals in plumbing and heating excellence, while maintaining an almost family-like relationship with many of their customers! In 2020, JMS did not let Covid-19 hinder its growth and ability to serve the community. Instead, JMS more than doubled in size in order to be able to keep up with Cortland’s growing plumbing and heating needs. Additionally, JMS stepped into the AC field, as well as began to invest and focus on drain cleaning and sewer repair more than ever before.
