DLH Properties are a great place to rent an apartment in Central New York. My mom lives at a property in Cortland and I live at one in Lafayette. Both are very clean and updated with new floors and appliances. Management and maintenance are always friendly, responsive and easy to get ahold of. The apartments are very comfortable; with tons of space, indoor secure storage, and are very quiet. Based on my experience, I would rent from DLH in other states, if I ever move to an area where they have apartments available.
This is a great place to live. Everyone is very friendly. The place is very clean. It’s very quiet. You close interstate 81. you’re a mile away from the nearest convenience stores, post office ,school high schools. There is a wonderful large park across the street. That is dog friendly and has a fenced in dog park for large and small dogs. The park has some very interesting walking paths that are paved. It’s a nice place if you’re looking for some peace and quiet from the city.
