CNY towing in Cortland was an absolutely wonderful experience on a not so great day for my fiance and I. A special shout out to Scotty with how much pride he takes in cleaning up the roads after an accident and just how friendly he was to my partner, letting her sit in his tow truck until I arrived all the way from Binghamton to pick her up in Cortland. Craig was also very wonderful to us, we forgot to take off the lanyard to our original key set the day the insurance company was picking it up and so he coordinated with us to set it to the side so we could grab it later! 10/10 Service..Scott came & rescued my boyfriend and I in Whitney Point after a flat tire that couldn't be fixed or changed on the spot. And the best part? Y'all didn't gouge us on the price. I'd definitely recommend this business 👌
Shout out to Scottie for professional, courteous service for a tow from Castle Creek, NY to Syracuse at 1:00 AM in the morning in foggy, rainy awful conditions. Coming up 81 from southern PA at 9:00 PM for a family emergency, we hit a pothole and blew a tire and then the doughnut failed. After calling MULTIPLE companies, we got thru to CNY Towing &Recovery. His arrival to pick us up was ecstatic! He was prompt, courteous and considerate the whole hour and a half drive. This company really put the other tow services to shame. Grateful beyond words for their consideration to take us in the first place.
