Both Monica and Mary are praised for their attention to detail, perfecting the shape of nails and excelling in design requests. Even with a wait during busy holidays, customers appreciate their commitment to quality service.
I have visited this salon several times, yet the owner still does not recognize me by face or name. On multiple occasions, paying by card has been difficult because the register was not functioning, and the on‑site ATM was also out of service. When this happens, I simply go to the Walgreens next door to withdraw cash so I can pay and tip the nail technician.
Despite this, on one particular visit the owner assumed I would not return to pay. I was taken aback by the implication, especially given that I left my entire purse behind to reassure her I would be right back. Amazing !! I’ve been to so many nail salons in nyc but this one has to be number one!! It’s budget friendly and the nails lasted 4 WEEKS! It remained so shiny and came off so easily with no damage to my natural nails ! The employees were so polite and the nails were so clean and natural looking !
Got my acrylic refill from the owner..Loved her work! While I was being serviced I had my husband and brother get manicures and pedicures. They too were extremely satisfied with the service provided. I’m from LA , if I lived out here in NY this nail shop would definitely be my go to shop without a doubt!!
