About Forest Hills Spa
Forest Hills Spa is a place to relax your body, refresh your mind, and unwind. It offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam sauna, and Russian stones sauna. The spa has a restaurant with tasty food, drinks, and snacks, making it a hidden gem and a go-to place for many. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking care of everything so customers can have a good time. The spa has a pool of a decent size where young kids can be entertained. Although the locker room can be improved, the price paid is worth it for the services offered. The pool is of small capacity, and the sauna is included in the entrance fee of $50, which also includes the hot tub. The workers may not speak much English. The water temperature is at room temperature, and there are plenty of lockers and a small number of showers. Customers can stay for as long as they like, making for a good experience overall.
This is an old school sauna. Know what you're getting into. First, if you don't like being around kids at a sauna, this isn't for you. There are families there at the pool. There is no 4 hour cap as other people have said. It's $50 for the first 4 hours then $10 per hour after that. Pretty reasonable. If you've been to Wall St Baths, this is just a cheaper, smaller version of that
There is a cold plunge, hot tub, large hot sauna (195°F), a smaller one that varies in temp, and a steam room. Facilities are basic but kept up fine. Cafe has OK food options. They offer 30 min full body massage for $50 and platza oak for $40.
Was a regular here 15 years ago and was happy to see that this place is still doing great under the new management
