I’ve been coming to this salon for years now, and every single experience has been amazing! Gertrudis is my hairstylist, and I can’t recommend her enough. I recently had a keratin treatment done by her, and my hair feels absolutely incredible, so smooth, soft, and shiny!

In the past, I used to get highlights and balayage done by Gertrudis and she always gave me amazing results! What I appreciate most is that she genuinely cares about the health and integrity of her clients’ hair. She takes the time to make sure your hair stays healthy while still giving you beautiful results.

I've been coming to Highlights Unisex for over 10 years, and I truly can't imagine going anywhere else. Gertrudis and her stylists are incredibly talented and have taken care of my hair through every stage—from extensions, to coloring my hair (especially during my blonde years!), haircuts, and now my keratin treatments. No matter what I've wanted, she has always exceeded my expectations.

The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is unmatched. Even after moving to Long Island, I still make the drive because I wouldn't trust another salon with my hair. That's how amazing she and her team are!

I had not been to this salon in nearly 5 years but GOODNESS! The ladies are just good! I got highlights and a cut and I came out feeling like a new person. Job well done! I will definitely continue to come.
