I did a residential property showcase for Jen this past summer and I really could not have been more impressed with her professionalism, etiquette, and work ethic. Jen took the time to really listen to her clients needs and expectations and met or exceeded all of them. She’ is authentic with her client interactions and I never saw a moment that wasn’t genuine or replaced with feigned politeness. It warms my heart to know that there are realtors like her out there who genuinely enjoy the home buying/selling process and take such pride in helping everyone find a place to call home. Jen is spectacular!!! She helped us with so much! At times we felt like a pain cuz we looked at alot of houses but she was more than happy to show them all to us. She is very kind. Highly recommended!

An excellent experience with Howard Hannah, Corning. They were very professional and worked hard to find me the perfect home. Because I was purchasing a home from over 1000 miles away it was important to find an agent that was able to describe and show me small details and offer insight. I was not getting this from other Realtors. I was very frustrated until i found Howard Hannah, Corning. After my first showing I knew Josh would be my agent. In this market it is extra hard competing remotely. But with Josh's help I was able to find the perfect home. I feel bad that I made him look at so many places but he didn't mind one bit.
