Called for the first time in 90 degree weather with our A/C out, and came out quickly, and in a half hour we were good to go. Very nice gentleman and very straightforward with our situation, he explained the Air Conditioner and best way to maximize it's service. I would recommend to anyone having problems for sure 👍

Zach has installed a new furnace and tankless water heater for us. He has also repaired my AC unit. With each job he was meticulous and able to complete the work quickly. He has an excellent work ethic. I highly recommend him and will use him again!

IF YOU DON'T READ ANY FURTHER...DO NOT GO TO ANYONE OTHER THAN ZACH AND PREMIUM COMFORT SYSTEMS FOR YOUR HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS!! It was one of the hottest weeks we've had this summer, mid June, when our central air stopped working. I called a local company to send a technician out and they came the next day. After feeling like it was a giant sales pitch, and pressure to get a whole new system from the start, the tech replaced the contactor switch and said it may or may not work, we'd have to wait and see. By the next day, still nothing. I felt kind of bamboozled by the first company so I contacted a trusted friend who has done a lot of work on my house and my parents house. Shout out to Two Ells! Without hesitation Brian sent me Zach's number and highly recommended him. I called on a Friday night at almost 8pm, left a message and Zach called me right back! He came out early the next morning- a Saturday! Assessed everything and found the other tech put in the wrong part. Zach put in the right part, added coolant and everything was working immediately! We couldn't have been happier with the prompt attention, competence and honesty from Zach. He explained everything to me and we had a nice chat while he was working. When it come time to replace our AC I will absolutely be calling Zach. Thank you so much!
