I’ve been using Total Wireless for over a year now, and I’ve been really impressed with the service. The coverage is excellent since it runs on the Verizon network, and I rarely experience dropped calls or slow data, even in more rural areas.
The pricing is one of the biggest highlights — very affordable compared to major carriers, especially for unlimited plans or multi-line deals. I have a family plan, and it saves us a lot every month while still giving everyone plenty of data.

Great Service and Helpful Staff! I had a great experience at this store. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They helped me choose the perfect phone for my needs and even transferred all my data from my old phone quickly and easily. The store was clean, well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long to be helped. Highly recommend this location if you want honest advice and smooth service!
