I'm always nervous trying out new nail salons because I am very picky with the salon's cleanliness, ambiance, the manicurists attitude, etc.I needed to do my nails ASAP. So I called this place in advance because I hate waiting. I got lucky when they said they could take me right away. (I got there within 5 minutes) When I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. The salon was clean and they had soft classical music in the background. Tracy used to be my nail girl but then she left so I desperately needed a regular. I got my nails done by Li Li and knew she I was getting the best. I can't let just anyone touch my nails. I've had nail techs touch my nails that burned my nails down to the skin and cut my nails too short and it just wasn't good. Sometimes it's not the nail salon it's the nail tech. Yumi is amazing and she will always fix what someone else messed up because I have come to her with issues and discreetly let her know when I was unsatisfied because it is EXTREMELY unnecessary to cause a scene like I have seen many people do.
