Innovation Dry Cleaner

I would ***NEVER*** recommend Big Town Cleaners after the experience I just had. I could not post this review without at least one star - but they get NEGATIVE 5734523705831 stars.

I brought in my husband’s wedding suit jacket in December 2025, and when I first went to pick it up, the owner, Leo, told me he couldn’t find it. He asked if he could call me once it was located to which agreed. A week passed with no call, so I returned to the store myself. This is my first review I’m ever writing.this is how disappointed and angry I am.they damaged my silk shirts two out of 6 have holes and stains on them!!! Lady at the counter told me simply that they were there when I know they were not there.Do not bring your expensive clothes ovethere if you want to keep having them!!!
