I am so upset I used this company for my wedding. I ordered multiple pieces from them for my event. 1. Table with gold mirror frame 2. Gold Cake swing 3. Back drop mirror arch 4. Love seat 5. Pedestals When I walked into my room for my first look I noticed my table and cake swing were not there. I immediately called them and got no response. I then emailed them and sent them pictures that the pieces were missing. No one got back to me. I was devasted that my room didn't not have the look I wanted. Communucation was bad. Cindy barely answers her phone or returns your call. I ordered a large acrylic name sign, which they said they would sent me a picture of. I really wanted to see the picture of the name signs before the event. They never sent the picture of it. I also ordered their 8x8 boxwood backdrop for the same event. The acrylic names were supposed to be hung ON the backdrop and I communicated that via email even with a picture as an example. That wasn't done either. Thwy claimed they deliver the acrylic name sign, but I never saw it. They only delivered the 8x8 boxwood. Very disappointing.

I rented a large gold mirror for my wedding from Evolution Event Rentals after finding them on Instagram! This may have been when they first started out as I couldn't find too much information about them online. I believe most of my communication in booking the rental was actually via Instagram messages, surprising to say! We were able to use the mirror as our wedding seating chart and worked with one of their preferred vendors to print our wedding guestlist on vinyl. The whole thing turned out even better than we imagined and are so pleased that we decided to rent this for our wedding day. I only wish we were able to rent more furniture from them!
