From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how incredibly clean, calm, and welcoming the hospital felt. It is honestly the cleanest animal hospital we have ever been in.
This was our first visit with Dr. Reilly, and we felt an immediate connection with her. She is clearly very smart and knowledgeable, but what impressed us most was her warmth, kindness, and presence. She took the time to really connect with Louis, and somehow seemed to understand him almost immediately.
She also had a wonderful ability to read the room — to understand Louis, to understand us, and to make the entire experience feel calm and personal rather than rushed or clinical.
You can tell when someone genuinely loves animals, and that came through in everything Dr. Reilly did.
We left feeling so grateful to have found her and completely confident that Louis was in caring, capable hands.
