So my wife and I purchased a small cottage in Windsor NY. The home in need of some alterations required the expert help from assertive and very seasoned plumbers. This is where John Piccirilli’s firm came through for our excessively hard water. He dispatched Zack and Brendon who left us beyond impressed with their skill and attention to each detail. Caroline, their office Manager streamlines the entire process whether you are a first time home owner or not.

John and his team installed a whole house Generac generator. Work was done as planned on schedule very neat professional system installation. While we have not had any power outages since installation. They simulated an outage and showed me what would happen when we do. While it is an expensive upgrade to our home we are confident it will provide years of electric outage coverage.
John Piccirilli Plumbing and Heating responded quickly and professionally. The work was high quality and technicians were knowledgeable and polite. I never write reviews, but I'm quite impressed and wanted to share my experience.
