Victory came right away in an emergency situation, made sure he arrived before I had to leave at 8 am and didn't even charge me (for the temporary patch or service call.) That was unbelievable and a life saver!

Victor is an absolute gem - he called me back with minutes regarding an urgent kitchen sink matter and replaced the drain pipe the same day. Had him also replace 2 other fixtures - for a hose bib, he installed it in a way to ensure it is replaceable by me (instead of requiring a solder job).He arrived on time, is super to deal with and a down to earth honest, reliable person. So glad I found him.
