I am Now forever, a customer! I took my daughter to a salon that was located right behind Ulta only to have a horrible experience in which the woman in her cubicle highlighted my daughter’s hair and completely botched it because clumps of her hair was falling out. She had no solutions for us or answers So we went directly to what we were looking at when we Left the salon and got to the parking lot and it was the back of Ulta. Abigail greeted us right away and knew exactly what to do. They treated my daughter‘s hair and all along reassuring her since she was crying from the traumatic experience. Who doesn't love Ulta? They have so many beautiful beauty items and the girls. There are always willing to help you find what you need. The store is clean. The line is never too long. They have enough staff on the floor and on the register.. It's a very nice store.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but Teresa absolutely deserves the recognition. I was shopping for a 12-item DoorDash order at Ulta, which can be a little overwhelming, but Teresa was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from start to finish. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her—instead, she genuinely made me feel like helping customers was something she enjoyed doing. Her positive attitude made the entire experience quick and stress-free. We need more Teresas in retail! Thank you again for your outstanding customer service!
