As a disabled female combat veteran, I’ve been through the system. And I can tell you—most places treat you like a checkbox, not a person. Not here. Centered in Commack, NY is the real deal. Diana, the owner, has built a space that honors what healing should look like—personal, grounded, and trauma-informed. Jessica, my massage therapist, didn’t just do a massage—she held space. Big difference. They understand the red tape veterans deal with. They don’t fight the system with complaints—they work around it with heart. I just started coming here earlier this month! A colleague at work recommended it. I am so pleased with my experience thus far! Dakota’s hands are magic as he is able to work out all of the kinks in my shoulders and back. In addition, Danielle and Mike for acupuncture and cupping have been amazing! I am really impressed with the level of professionalism I’ve received. Great place! To many more relaxing days ahead!
The Massage Approach is a wonderful place. Very peaceful with a friendly and helpful staff. Jessica did my massage today and it was amazing. I feel great. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
