I am giving this office two stars because the actual procedure itself was performed properly, and I did not experience any negative side effects or complications.

However, my disappointment lies entirely in the way communication and follow-up are handled. I went in for the removal of a carcinoma spot on my back and was informed after the procedure that they would test the tissue and contact me with the results within two weeks. Two weeks passed with no call, message, or update of any kind, which prompted me to contact the office myself.

Extensive wait time. Dr. Haughton performed a biopsy but could not accommodate my schedule at all to remove the sutures. In fact she suggested I have a friend or family member remove them if not then find an urgent care.

I called the number provided in their very generic response and no one answered. I don’t know the purpose of even responding providing the number if you weren’t gonna actually advocate for patients.
