Shight happens, but victory is when the customer and the dealer can make it right. My story: I researched exhaustely for a 2019 MB GLE 400. Gotta be black and under 100k miles. Found this at Pristine, 75k miles, under $20k but unfortunately it is 700 miles from our home in the DC/Virginia area.. Made an appt and pulled the plug to drive 7.5 hours to find out in transit that the dealership was closing early on NYE and we couldnt see the car. Not happy. Connected with Justin who said he would do whatever it took to earn our business. We stayed overnight and he and his manager came to the dearlership the next morning, New Years Day (closed), in jeans and pajamas, opened... read full review
