Elias was so professional and nice, he took the time to explain and show me he was doing. He checked to make sure my keys were working. He was so prompt. It was terrifc to have someone like him calm and taking the time to explain things to me.

It was my first time using Locktech- I was locked out after a slam lock closed behind me. They were very fast and the customer service was amazing. Tom was wonderful, so helpful and willing to go above and beyond, he was also incredibly kind while I was having a very anxious and frustrating time. Highly recommend!!!
