My 86 year old mother has been using them for eight years and called their office at least ten times and would not receive a call back. I took her there to see what the issue was and a woman told her he would call her but did not. Inexcusable and unprofessional after being a customer for so many years. If he did not want to do her taxes she should have been honest and said something. My mom lost so much sleep over this and felt I should let everyone know about her experience.
