Ernie has been cleaning my carpets for years! He is such a good person. Setting up appointments is easy, he communicates the night before to confirm, arrives promptly, works hard and completes the job thoroughly. He discusses stains and any concerns prior to beginnning the job. His price are very reasonable! When the job is complete he leaves everything as it was, the carpets are slightly damp and he advises us on when carpets should be well dried. Excellent Work!! I rented a basement apartment that had previously had cats so the smell of cats was pretty strong. The apartment came furnished so everything needed a good cleaning. The owner Ernie cleaned all my rugs and my couches. It came out AMAZING!!! You would never know cats ever lived there. Highly recommend!!!!
