Went well and I am told what was delivered was beautiful - I never saw it. Would have been nice if the florist sent me a picture. I used to like working with the person who put together the plant/arrangement. This time the person on the phone told me that a designer would put together the order leaving a potential communication gap between what was discussed and what was delivered. I called Commack Florist yet heard James Cress mentioned . Who is he? The email came from Commack Florist - James Cress(via Hana Florist POS). Confusing and certainly less personal than Commack Florist. I wonder if it has to be presented this way
