I had my first facial with McKaylee Knight and I can’t say enough good things!! She explained everything she was doing to my skin and the reasoning behind it. She made sure I was comfortable and understood my at home regimen. I will definitely be seeing her again, she is amazing!!!

I started having acupuncture here when my lower back pain wasn't resolved with daily yoga or chiropractor services. Not only did the acupuncture help a lot, but they provide an amazingly relaxing and calm atmosphere. Shelby is a lovely person and acupuncture provider. The space is clean, well kept, and absolutely gorgeous. Based on my positive experiences on a repeated basis, I would be willing to try any of the services offered here.

I have had acupuncture treatments by Shelby Connelly on three separate occasions for 3 different ailments all with complete relief. Shelby is very attentive, professional and competent . Five Elements is a beautiful and peaceful space and aids in the treatment process. I recommend Shelby and Five Elements whole heartedly.
