Quick, professional and a godsend when the Colonie police knocked on my door at 6:44 AM because my neighbor (whom I got along with fabulously) called to complain about my new fence. The property line dispute went away in about thirty seconds when I presented the survey to the officer. Surveys are expense. Surveys are worth every cent.
