When the time I got in the door all the way to the time I left the doctor, the receptionist and the apprentice Carlos, All of them were very attentive, personable, and welcoming. It was my first time there and I definitely will be going back in the near future. I have never worked with an eyewear clinic that made GLASSES right there on point and gave me their full attention from start to end. They will be highly recommended by me.
I'm over the moon impressed with the customer service I recieved. I love my new glasses! I'm a long haul truck driver and lost my eyeglasses. I was passing through Albany, NY. and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. My glasses were perfect, reasonably priced, and finished in under an hour. I will most certainly go back again. My Brother had a House Fire and lost his glasses in it. All other eye wear places did not have a quick turn around . Even where he was a loyal customer. Eyewear Express was able to have his Glasses done in same day and gentleman that helped us was awesome! Thank You!
