Dave was prompt and efficient, however did not inform us of the service charge on credit cards when paying deposit with card (would have paid via check had he said anything about it) and Laura never followed up with response from manager however. Dave would receive 4 stars, and Laura in the office 1, since she never followed up as expected.
From the install 21 years ago to today the shower looks like the day we had it installed. Logan came to replace the drain and add a safety grab bar. He was polite, worked quickly and left no mess behind. I would always recommend Bathfitters to anyone
