Steven and Costa !!! and all the other colleagues at Olympia Fuel are just amazing ! I had trouble with my Fujitsu Halcyon AC two days after I moved into a new building. Even on the weekends they came over in the morning, and their communication's the top notch. It's the sweetest family business, and they turned my frustration into satisfaction within a couple days regardless of the complexity of the problem :)
I am completely satisfied, and I would definitely recommend, Olympia Fuel Oil, for all plumbing needs and for installation of split units. My split unit was installed in one day and the job was done beautifully. It is an extremely neat installation; with a covered conduit and with no wires exposed. In addition to a most professional crew, their hard work and dedication make for an easy, problem free experience. I called Olympia Fuel for service on a Fujitsu mini-split that was still under warranty. While other vendors suggested the issue was with the compressor, Steve had a different take. He recommended fully depleting the system of refrigerant and then recharging it to factory specifications.
Within minutes of the service, the units were performing as they should—originally blowing just cool air but now delivering crisp, cold air. Steve was very knowledgeable and provided several suggestions to address the problem. I chose the option that would get me through the summer, taking the chance that there were no broader system issues.
