The entire team at Putnam Windows is incredibly professional. Tyler did a fantastic job of describing the options and the benefits of the windows and door we selected. He also did the on-site visit to take the measurements and discuss further project details. Janet was helpful in walking us through the contracts and working with the Town of Poughkeepsie building department to get the permit paperwork filled out. Phil and John did a terrific job with the installation and clean-up. I highly recommend Putnam Windows. Putnam Windows has replaced some very large windows at our house. Tyler and Janet were very helpful in determining the configurations and pricing of our new windows. Tyler and his workers arrived on time and the installs went very smoothly. We will definitely be doing business with Putnam Windows in the near future again!
