Ann McBride and Claudia Dizenzo are extraordinary real estate agents--and humans! From beginning to end, they were professional, honest, savvy, ethical, hard working, and delightful to work with. Ann McBride the owner of Hudson River Line Realty sold our house in Putnam County in April of 2025. She structured a launch strategy that included property pictures by a professional, advise on landscaping and on the house interior especially with regard to lighting. Despite a buyers market she was able to generate demand utillizing her extensive network of agents and clients. Ann arranged for the inspectors, movers, our lawyer and oversaw that the proper approvals were in place at the building department. This was all accomplished while we had moved to Florida.
