Rick did a great job for me. He installed a new sump pump to replace my old one and see if that fixes the problem before trying to talk me into more extensive services! He is to be commended for not automatically trying to do an entire basement overhaul if it is merely a problem of needing a new or more powerful pump… And if I need more extensive work done in the future I will definitely give him a call!!!
