This guy is a joke. Most unprofessional person I've ever talked to over the phone. This is the last person you would ever want inside your home. This guy will talk down to you, WAY over quote you and then finally hang up on you while you're asking him questions. Just look at all the negative reviews. Save your dignity and let this company's reputation speak for them.
Carmine is a good man. I’m a total cidiot (moved from nyc) who bought a house in the middle of the woods with no idea what I’m really doing. Carmine has been there multiple times when we ran out of oil, and has always been beyond helpful. He’s helped me out of jams at no cost, and I have nothing but good things to say.
Verbally berated me for calling after hours despite the business being listed as open. Baited me into asking my question and then hung up on me the moment he found the opportunity. It's not worth dealing with people like him. You would have a more fruitful experience with a sack of potatoes; mostly because potatoes don't verbally attack people that want to pay them for goods and services.
