I went earlier today, valentine's day, looking for tiger lillies (pretty well known flower). And the woman there could see that I came up to the counter with nothing, but ignored me and then after almost ten minutes told me to go to aisle 7. I said I just had a question, asked her if they had tiger lillies, and she told me "Tiger lillies are outdoor lillies, they're not real. They're just lillies grown outdoors, we have other lillies." I told her that the ones I'm looking for have a specific color scheme (because they do, it's literally why they're called "Tiger Lillies"), and she cut me off and went "Yes with black spots, 'tiger lillies' (yes she quoted that) aren't...read full review
Ordered flowers to be delivered. Two people confirmed they never got there.Spoke to Florist and she says she was off duty but they "should" have been delivered. Should but didn't. Too many people touching orders at this store. Florist manager, hourly employee, separate delivery. No one person is accountable or takes ownership of the transaction. Save your time and money and find a different Florist. Too stressful to try and do business here.
