I interviewed for a Senior Buyer position. I was well-qualified but the hiring manager, Lauren is new to her position and intimidated. She ghosted me after the interview and I only found out the details after a friend of mine, who works there, told me. I guess the company itself is a good place to work, but Management, especially new managers lack the skill and professional polish that a company like Parker Hannifin needs. Note to HR: please stress to managers that ghosting candidates is highly unprofessional and reflects badly upon the company

I have found Advanced Atomization Technologies to be a great place to work. I have never worked for a company that values their people, training, development, and feedback so much. The work you do here truly matters and it's a one of a kind experience you won't find anywhere else. I am valued, heard, and like the work that I do. I highly recommend Advanced Atomization Technologies as a place to work.

They delete their bad reviews! I loved working there! But once I was concerned about my health with a person who was sick and I voiced my opinion due to my health condition i was fired!( Covid) at this time they were getting people over anything to get rid of them,! Big bosses say we got you then fired over 300 people! Why would you work for a company like that!
