I had half of my roof replaced less than a year ago and it cost over $10,000. I was quite pleased at the time with the customer service and the work. Two months ago a leak appeared, where roofing had been replaced. Eventually DM Ring Roofing did have their team come have a look, for which I am very grateful and relieved. I'm hoping when we see for sure - after the next rain - what the source of the new moisture is, that they will repair that in good faith if it is within the scope of the roof repair they originally did.
It was very easy to work with everyone to DM Ring Roofing. The process to fully replace our roof was smooth and communication on any issues that came up was fast and responsive. They did a great job and are pleased with our new rood and gutters. The whole process took a little longer than expected, and the crew worked extra to finish the job by the end of the week, this was well above our expectations.
