I recently had surgery which required home health care to come by my house . The care from my nurse Karen was awesome she explained what i needed to do how to do it and she was very friendly and helpful . Also the pharmacy contacted me several times to make sure i had what i needed and asked how i was feeling that was great. I would recommend your company and their great employees to others who may need them . Again they were awesome

Gregory went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I have no issues with him whatsoever however in his absence yesterday there was no one that could help me with my broken cpap machine. I’m not very comfortable using a medical equipment provider that only has one employee to take care of customer care and no contingency plan for when that employee is absent. I have been using this company for many years and it wasn’t always this way. Cutting staffing only leads to a decrease in customer care and I may have to consider finding another company to provide my services
